Dr. Laura Fiore was born and raised on Long Island and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 from St. George’s University, Grenada. After completing a year-long internship in small animal medicine and surgery, she practiced small animal & exotics medicine for seven years before transitioning into emergency medicine practice.

In 2013 Dr. Fiore founded Faithful Friends Veterinary Services, PC with the goal to provide compassionate in-home end-of-life care for pets and their families. Dr. Fiore finds immense gratification in being able to give families the opportunity to have a peaceful and personalized experience in the comfort of their pet’s most familiar environments.

Outside of work, Dr. Fiore is actively involved in competition sports and activities with her own dogs, Sage, Sloane, Bosley and Turin. She also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors, as long as it’s warm!
